Hi because I dont have much/any experience doing calculations with transistors and photoelectric sensors in circuits, can someone help me out on how to find R3 and R4. Also how exactly does voltage behave in circuits with transistors?
Thank you very very much!!

*Resistance not Resistane

The reason that you've been given this assignment is so that you can build some experience doing calculations with transistors and photoelectric sensors in circuits. So YOU need to post YOUR best effort to solve YOUR homework problem. That gives us a starting point to help guide you back to the right path from the point you start going astray (if you do).

R3 is the Base drive resistor and R4 is the Collector load, so they depend on what type of transistor you are using,( gain, hfe, collector current.....)
