I've got an inverter that has blown this bank of what look like transistors or mosfets? I'm just going to replace them and the Resistors underneath, I can find any for sale in the UK or a data sheet for them to help find an alternative, anyone got any ideas? The number on it is SS10PL01, I'll attach a photo. Thanks

 

The markings aren't enough to locate the exact part. If I needed these I would contact the manufacturer to find out what the part number for a replacement is: http://www.silikron.com/index.php

The closest guess I can make is http://www.silikron.com/upload01//SSF1010 V2.2.pdf but you need to decode that part number which may be specially coded.
