You probably need to explain the question as that picture does not make much sense to me.
Is there a circuit involved?
What values are you trying to solve?

To quote The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, “We demand rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty”.

I think their website is busted
It is supposed to be a circuit. I belive R2, R3 are in series. I need to solve R1 Ohms, V, mA, mW and also the Total Ohms, V, mA , mW.
The information provided was
Total: mW 3170
R3: 360 mW
R2: 8.51V , 200mW
I solved R2 and R3. But this information doesnt work for R1.

I reckon R2 and R3 are in parallel, with R1 in series.
So, work out the total current, that is, I(R2) + I(R3) and then, use that to find the resistance of R1 as you now have the current and the power.
