I want to implement a wireless fencing sport system .
now when playing fencing sport there is a wire connect the player's metal jacket with a counter to sensor the touch by sword. It's discommodious. The movement of player is also restricted

Do that in small steps.

Research the sensor system needed to detect and properly identify the location of a hit.

Learn to send data wirelessly to a computer, then to a standalone scoring device.

Learn to power the devices with batteries, preferably rechargeable.

The stiffening is tough, does the system you posted a link to do that? It's a difficult site to follow.

 

For wireless transmission, I've had a lot of luck with Linx Technologies. The couple of times I've used them, their setups have been quite robust and pretty easy for me (a relative novice) to use. Good luck!
