So I recently got a bigger drive for my desktop PC. I also bought a little drive duplicator that worked great If anyone was on the fence about one of these little devices go for it it was awesome to plug it in plug the old drive in and hit a button and clone it. Apparently a common problem is that the NTFS volume won't extend because a recovery sector has been written to the end of the drive. Worse yet the dam thing is the active recovery drive according to (reagentc /info) command. The only options I can find right now is a third party software to move it called Aomei or delete the partition! I am hoping one of you tech masters knows a better solution as I don't like my current options.

Some reference links for the curious and also the drive clone tool.
