help complex numbers

hey, i have problem with the math here,

how do i separate the first equation into magnitude and phase angle. the answers are given, but i want to know how to do the math. please do it step by step so i can follow :p

i think you know this basic..let x=a+jb be a complex number... Then its magnitude will be |x|=root of(a^2+b^2) and its angle is -[tan inverse of(b/a)]
you have to find ..|H(jw)|
1)so substitute jw in the place of s..this will give [(R/L)jw]/[-w^2+(R/L)jw+(1/LC)]
2)follow the above formula to get magnitude...
3)while finding angle conjugate H(jw) first and then follow the angle formula.....:)
