i am still a beginner and learning and apparently this 2 circuit diagram might be a little to much for me to handle... can someone plz help me?

this qn circuit seems a little complicated. i do not know what to do with the dependent source.

 

They are the same filter circuit except that in the first, the op amp is assumed to have infinite gain (a perfect voltage follower), and in the second, the amp has a finite gain of μ.

 

As crutschow has indicated, the two equations are based on the same filter topology as are the two diagrams. If you simply set μ = 1 in the second equation and then simplify the expression, it will yield the same final equation as the first.
