i have an idea and i dont know how to do it
i want a circuit that makes 3 led to light up as if they pass the light (without cpu )

If you're interested in basic digital electronics, I suggest you download Digital Works. That's one of the easiest way to learn about logic gates and the like, and it's free!

 

How do you want to do it? All analog, using timer ICs like the 555, using basic digital logic, using programmable logic like an FPGA, using a microcontroller (which may or may not fall into what you meant by not using a cpu), or something else? There are lots of options (and a lot of learning to be done if you decide to do it using most or all of them).

BTW: You want to try to use meaningful thread names. Something like "LED chaser" would have been much better than "hello forum", which sounds like it is nothing more than a "hello, this is who I am, nice to be here" type post. I didn't even look at this thread for quite a while because that is what I expected it to be.

Welcome to AAC and, if you want to pursue this little project you might want to get the mods to change the title or start a new thread. You'll probably get a lot more interaction if you do.
