Well, I'm trying to make a project with a heart beat sensor which takes the readings and uses an arduino. i got stuck with part of coding and also the final stages of it. Any kind of suggestions are welcome.

I can't help you with an Arduino project except to note that there are very many Arduino+Bluetooth projects shared online. Search and you will find.
