Patrick,

So, got my copy of Practical Introduction, and damn, it jumps right in to transistors. Guess I need to bone up on some earlier stuff as well...

Thanks for the help on all of this. Still need to solder up the final design, but the breadboard seems great!

Well now I know for certain I'm not going to be the next Oprah's Book Club... but I do try!!:rolleyes::cool:;) But I'm sure you'll be reading through it like a John Grisham novel before long.

oh no, the book is very good. I am just going to be reading it a few times... and All about Circuits, and more.

Thanks again for all the help!

Hey, this is almost what i was looking for. I can open a new thread if you think it's better.

I need to mix 1 phone(nokia/iphone/etc) headset with 4 phones.

The audio output mixing seems simple, more even because there will never be 2 phones working at the same time, the mic entrances on the phones are trickyer, i was thinking in using an 1n4148(oriented to electret mic +) and a 10n cap in parallel to each mic connection on the phones.

What do you think? Haven't tried it because i still have to buy the jack's :)

I would suggest starting a new thread. While it's very close, it's not quite the same... might get more traffic on a new thread too.
