Why isn't there any response when using the Android BLE terminal (by kai morich), but using the Serial monitor **Arduino IDE there is responses?

 

Why are 2 pins (EN and STATE) not connected? Don't you need those?

 

Not sure why my post was moved- I was referring to the photographs in the other thread which show 2 pins on the tranceiver not even inserted into a connector...?
