Has anyone tried the 6J1 vaccum tube Pre-amp ?

I'm planning to order 6J1 vaccum valve pre-amp from banggood. Its pretty cheap and I saw on many forums people who swapped the valves later with ones from Philips etc for better quality. I just wanted to see if these cheap stock ones are any good or are they just fake.
