Are you sure? Most jurisdictions have very strict laws about vehicle lighting.

 

I think is not such a big deal if i don.t use it in traffic. It's not for going on public roads looking like a christmas tree. a lot of new cars comes with same sistem of daylight/turn signal.

 

By using on the street i was thinking animations or colors. And i can get it omologated if i will have problems with it.

Yes 3 each side.

 

A Google of "led headlight rings" or "led halo rings" should get you plenty of hits for manufacturers and distributors alike. Here is a single example of what I am getting at. Obviously if your make and model is not listed you can contact them and inquire as to availability. Anything from OEM to custom.
