I have not looked into how gta 5 saves yet but I hope the save files are simply in a save file and I can copy and paste. My mechanical hard drive failed and I got a new ssd. I don't want to redo gta 5 because I had beaten the game. Could anyone post there gta 5 saves or any info that may help? Any comments about cheating I don't care. This is mainly for my son. We just have a game we enjoy and would like to maintain the experience we have enjoyed up until now. Thanks for any help yall!

Grand Theft Auto 5 yes but nobody calls it that. I use gta 5 because that is what we call it. Any actual player will know instantly what I am talking about.

 

someone who enjoys the game a lot would have no problem repeating the experience. when my son was little, we spent a lot of time together playing Spore. now he is grown up, i reminded him of the game, he bought it again (now for much less) and binge played for days. did not need old saves.

Aww man lol yea Spore was something else. I need to get my hands on that. We mainly play gta 5 for the free roam. The story has some good in there but we sure don't care for the majority of the story. It's just something we need to get out of the way so we can have everything unlocked again. Maybe a place online I can download save files like you would download roms and so forth. Haven't tried that.

What's the point of downloading someone else's completed game? What benefit is it to you, what do with it? It is just some type of trophy that you can show other players, or is there some type of benefit to having a completed game on your PC.

Deserve and "the way you want" may not come true based on how well the game is protected and difficulty of duplicating a saved. More likely, you'll get to play it I gues it the way if you can overcome the game maker's tricks and encryption.

I doubt there are many (if any) "actual players" here. You are in the presence of real nerds/geeks (pick whichever word you identify with). The kind who spend their time inventing things, and think video games are a childish waste of time. I think you're looking for the other kind; the ones who memorize entire seasons of Star Trek dialog and speak in cheat codes. You're asking this question on the wrong forum.

I actually found a way to upload other peoples saves. If you actually play the game I can help you. You can get game 100% completion through a simple download and copy/paste. As an indie game dev I actually make my game saves function the same way to be open as possible.

Even if I'm asking a legit question in engineering I will some times get an answer but will always get the same few guys who always respond with how stupid I am. It's a very toxic forum here. All the people here giving me a hard time for wanting to play a video game of all things the way I want to play it have commented on every other post I have ever made and game nothing but negative feedback. Theres only one person missing witch I wont say his name. I'm sure he has a response coming lol. It is crazy how people spend there time as if it is infinity.

In my experience what you're describing applies to the international as whole, and this place seems a rather mild example of it.

 

don't have that game but those are all valid suggestions, meant to offer help. who is giving you hard time? are you not able to play the game right now? is the game performing as designed? if you want something specific from the game, why not google it or consider asking for help in one of gaming forums?
