I dont understand, we have this university threadmill, all these recruitment inquisitors, several regulations and codes, inspections and what not.
As a 3 years old boy when I was on holidays in Denmark, one day, I found a gas lighter and played with it for instance I burned a piece of plastic foil. I will never forget the pain the scar still visible a little on my left hand.
Plastic when burning drips quite nastily, and if you were upto make a fire in the wilderness is a perfect firestarter even when it rains youll be able to get a fire going.
How out of this world are these people to clad a 27 storey building in combustible plastic plates?
Never played with fire or went on a survival trip?
But have a degree eh? Got recruited and receiving a good salary?
I woudlnt even get a lousy cleaning job with my "papers" or a reply from recruiters for any kind of job.
But certainly the idea as such of stacking plastic plates vertically looks like total bollocks to me not just a considerable risk but moreover, its pure madness. Gross neglect, manslaughter by gross neglect, if you wanted to. We shouldnt have such death traps in the UK and thats what it is, any building like this with plastic cladding, no sprinklers, no horizontal barriers, and all this. Its nothing but a death trap.
You can go to your kitchen burn a piece of plastic foil or a plastic lid and you get an idea how nastily burning plastic will give off hot smoking and burning droplets. Stacking plastic vertically is the worst you could do construction wise. Its many times worse than wood bcz it will melt and produce droplets. While wood plates mostly would remain put you still get the chimney effect and it still would catch fire relatively quickly if stacked up but you wouldnt get the melting and droplets. Once a hole melts guess what you get plenty oxygen inside.
