i have pic16f877a microcontroller and AT056TN52 v.3 display with driver board. i was connect and see, there was no output so pls explain about
1.how to interface
2.command list

Got any links to the driver and what it needs to be fed?

Is that a driver compatable with the Micrichip graphic libraries? Using those will save you months of development work.

The pic16f877a is rather lightweight for running a 5.6 inch color display. I'd move over to a big PIC18 device before I got too far and found that hard wall.
