I know to use GMRS Transmitter I have to create a GMRS Account.

Then I have to get an FRN Number.

I watched a video that says you can pick Restricted or I think the guy is saying Course or Cores.

What are the 2. RFN Types?

What effort have you made to find out? It took about two minutes by simply going to the FCC page and looking at the application instructions.
