Where does one file this? Florida Man or Wisconsin Cheese Head?

I can't pass some of those tests stone sober. In particular, I no longer have the balance needed to raise one foot and hold it for thirty seconds. I can seldom make it more than five seconds. Taking nine steps heel-to-toe is very difficult, particular with my arms hanging down. In "airplane" mode I do better, but even then have a hard time getting more than four or five steps before I have to step out sideways. I can usually touch the tip of my nose (with my head back and eyes closed), but sometimes miss by an inch or so. The bigger problem is not losing my balance while standing there with my head back and eyes closed. Following a light with just my eyes is not a problem.

When they ask "have you been drinking', the stink of booze, red eyes, or you're slurring your speech is the trigger. FSTs are voluntary, don't do it unless you should be arrested as they only are used to get more evidence before you are arrested.

Bentley driver who hit Rainbow Bridge border checkpoint at 100 mph in fiery crash was heading to Kiss concert in Canada after visiting NY casino: sources
I like to know how they determined that speed. Certainly they could do some things to estimate it from the video that was captured, but I'd be willing to bet they didn't do that. They interviewed an eye witness that simply stated they guy was going 100 mph and, as has been demonstrated over and over, the news media latches on to some random claim and then reports it as fact and then officials use news reports as their source of information and before you know it, some guy's off the cuff remark becomes the official account. The investigators will likely do an actual speed estimation that will be buried in the final report.

100mph is where the lower limit of ludicrous speed begins ... So it's more of an event characterization than a speed measurement. ;)

Ludicrous Speed, the Barrie PR, says 161kmph (99.8mph)

The Bentley manufacturer is now an Audi division of Volkswagen. The caw (England accent) that flew then burned cost half a million dollars.

A piece of the driver's corpse told the press that he just left a NY casino and was going to the Kiss concert in Toronto, Canada.

OMG! I might have been right.

Bentlys are known for spending more time with the mechanic than on the road.
"The cause of Wednesday’s Rainbow Bridge vehicle explosion remains something of a mystery, with investigators now probing whether a mechanical failure could be to blame."

Probing? ... using what, exactly, as evidence? ... there's practically nothing but the engine and plenty of scattered parts (mechanical and otherwise) left of the vehicle (and its occupants) ... it's going to take an entire team of FAA experts led by none other than Gil Grissom himself to try and see if they can figure what went wrong.

The three-year cruise is canceled
The cruise was originally due to depart Istanbul, Turkey, on November 1, but shortly before that date, departure was postponed to November 11 and relocated to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and then to November 30, again from Amsterdam. But on November 17 – less than two weeks before the third departure date – passengers were informed the cruise was off.

Some of the passengers who booked the 111 cabins sold are still in Istanbul, having made their way there ahead of the original departure date. Others say they have nowhere to return to, having sold or rented out their homes in anticipation of the round-the-world voyage, as well as jettisoning their possessions.

“I sold my home in southern Florida, and I have been steadily selling most of my things. It’s a great feeling to not be encumbered by things, and there’s a certain freedom to it,” passenger Meredith Shay wrote in an opinion piece for the Guardian in April.
