HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - US Coast Guard video shows the dramatic rescue of two pilots whose Boeing 737-200 cargo plane crashed about two miles off West Oahu early Friday.

When a Coast Guard helicopter crew arrived at the scene of the crash, one of the cargo plane’s pilots was on the tip of the downed craft’s tail while the other was bobbing in the water on a cargo load.

Happens all the time up here in Cleveland, Ohio. Shut everything down, note any more structural damage to the bridge all because someone was stupid.

To think that a truck could generate that much force! They may have to tear the bridge down and rebuild it...

 

They are razing it now to re-open I-16. They don't really show any pictures of the truck but apparently the dump bed was ripped from the frame. No word on how the driver is due to the very sudden stop.
