Hello,

You need to be more specific as there are many types of motors and different ways of calculating speed based mostly on what you know already or can measure.
For example for actual applications, one of the oldest basic methods is to measure the Back EMF of the motor as it is running and calculate the speed from that. New ways involve a device of some kind that measures the speed more directly such as with a generator or optical device.
In theoretical works there are different approaches also involving presumed specifications.

So you see you have to both mention what kind of motor or motors and also what approach you need to work with.

For e.g. an AC synchronous motor, RPM depends on pole count and frequency etc.
IOW, There are quite a few motor technologies.
