DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SHOW THE PIN CONFIG FOR AN 8 BIT BINARY FULL ADDER IC use TTL 74LS283 ICS WHEN THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS 1110 0011 AND 0111 1110 ARE ADDED TOGETHER?

There is absolutely no reason to shout, which is how all caps is interpreted (individual words or phrases in all caps are takes and just being emphasized). By using all caps in an oversized bold font, you are shouting it from the top of the highest mountain using a semi-trailer sized amplifier and speakers.

Why do you think that the pin configuration depends on the numbers that are added together?

Here is my first attempt:

1110 = pin 1, pin 2, pin 7
0011 = pin 7, pin 14

0111 = pin 2, pin 3, pin 14
1110 = pin 1, pin 2, pin 7

Don't know if it makes any sense

No, it makes no sense. You have four bits on the left hand side but only two or three pins listed on the right hand side. So there is no way to tell what state any of the pins are in.

Are you aware that the 74LS283 is NOT an 8-bit binary full adder IC? It is only a four-bit. To add two eight-bit words you either need two of them or you need a state machine to use a single IC sequentially, which I don't think you're ready for yet.

Have you looked at the data sheet for the '283?
