Much easier to use a logic IC.

 

And if you MUST have this (say, for homework) start from chip and reverse engineer using RTL or DTL.

This is a full adder schematic.

This is a CMOS transistors OR gate.

There is an OR gate in the full adder logic schematic above. If you google them, you can also find cmos AND gates, cmos xor gates.

And then fill in the blanks, i.e. replace the gates in the full adder schematic above with cmos transistors and you got it. Simple.

P.S. if you want to do it in real life, yea use a logic chip. But its possible to make it using cmos.
