The snippet from your sound camera shows no very low vibration frequencies. Instead it shows common harmonics of 60Hz AC electricity that are probably produced by an electric motor. Maybe the 1.2kHz whistle is produced by friction squeaking of the electric motor.

BobTPH: Your answer demonstrates you have not attempted to research to determine the possibilities.
False.

I read the link. (before your accusation.). There is nothing there to make me find him credible. He makes assertions with no evidence about things far outside his area of expertise. At the bottom of the page he claims to have invented the first digital cell phone system. I then researched the inventors of cell phones and found no no mention of his name.

I also researched tinnitus, which I experience myself. I did not mention it, though, to avoid making a medical diagnosis, which is outside my areas of expertise.

I have also not come to a conclusion about whether infrasound can cause health issues. In fact I am inclined to believe that it can, at high enough energy. I just don’t think that is what you are experiencing for various reasons.

And what about the other half you are hiding down to 8k?

I don't believe it is a coincidence that the impact to me matched what Dr. Khan, many scientific professor who have published in medical journals and others who have explained using low frequency devices such as law enforcment, the military as well as business owners who all use low frequency devices to cause the human body discomfort to "disband" the premises.

Because I experience the impact I know for a fact, you are wrong.
