Can some one help me with Fractional order integrator analog Realization .. how to calculate the values of R and c

What's a Fractional order integrator?
I don't like the name, because I don't think it's really an integrator, but it's a filtering circuit the magnitude of whose transfer function decreases with increasing frequency at something other than -20 db/decade.

A good example would be a "pinking filter" which is used to generate "pink" noise from a white noise source, such as this generic design I came up with:

The output of this circuit closely follows a -10 db/decade curve over nearly 5 decades of frequency:

I wish I could say I derived the above component values mathematically, but I can't; I came up with that circuit by trial and error using SPICE.
