I don't know about Proteus, but usually such software requires you to label the plus of your power supply (batteries) as well as the minus (or ground) if you're going to refer to it elsewhere. Your hidden pins are expecting to find labels and your model does not have them. It looks like Proteus is looking for labels in order to assign the hidden pins to the appropriate connections. I wish I could explain better, but I've never used Proteus.

The problem is not the circuit. It's the learning curve of Proteus.

Actually the circuit is working after changing the operating voltage to 12V but.......

Looks like you screwed up the properties of Active LED-xxxx components after renaming their names to Y/NS, G/EW..... etc.
