Don't think so as D3 blocks dc from the constant 12 volt source.Thanks man, so i dont need diode from NO on relay 1 to drl right?
Yes. The DRL will continue to get power through the constant 12 volts because D3 will be reversed bias.What if relay 1 is still open and I turn on ignition would it be fine?
