FMEA DU (Dangerous undetected) or SU ( Safe undetected

I am completing an FMEA. I have a capacitor that if it fails short circuit will cause the over voltage circuit to fail So is this fault DU or SU? As the circuit would function correctly unless an over voltage should occur I'm thinking it shouLd be SU
