Hello everybody. Just a quick question, what diode would you recommend for a 300A peak current motor and 3.4A no load?

 

What's the full-load current? The diode should probably be rated for a least that amount of current.

 

The load current is going to be variable, but say on average 20A. I looked around and found this diode how does it look?

If the voltage rating is adequate, that device should work fine.
