Flip flop circuit board is being widely sold on ebay , it's a basic relay plus three resistors a diode and a transistor , it claims to be a bistable latching relay but when I bought a few , none of them worked as such , they just acted as transistor driven relays. Has anyone else had any luck with getting these to work or should ebay be blocking them?
