i need a (24 inch wooden square grill) type house fly's monitor. while a fly sit on the grill it will automatically count ONE if again another one will come and sit its will show 2 this process will continue 30 second only after 30 second it will automatically stop counting and show the summery. (eg: If u touch 2 wires it will count 1 if again you touch same wire by other hand it will count 2 like that)

I doubt flies are conductive enough the measure the current changes due to a fly bridging two electrified wires.
You might use high voltage on alternate wires and count the dead flies after 30 seconds.
Seriously, there computer video capture programs that would allow you to monitor the flies landing on a surface over an interval.

If the flies are allowed to remain mobile, you will not get a fly count. You will get a fly landing count.

If you can't kill the fly, you will have to tag and track every fly.

If you could photograph all surfaces and air volumes of the space at the same time, an accurate fly count might be possible.

Or seal off area. Cool to 20 degrees F. Recon and count.

If killing the poor fly, has no repercussions, you could gas and count fly bodies.

In any case, it might be wise to check with the appropriate authorities.

The study has probably been done, and it could be a felony to repeat the study, or disagree with it.
