Hi everyone ! I wanted to build a simple h -bridge for test purposes. It looks like this ( see image of circuit diagramm below ):

Quick sketch ;):15165338040971204449798.jpgI first forgot to add the resistor, and I want to try it again ( blew up a transistor ). Would this work ?

I used two S9014 and two S9015 transistors. Both ( maximum ratings ):
VCBO : 50 V
VEBO : 5.0 V
VCEO : 45 V
Collector-current : 0.1 A

Motor : 6V, 200 mA

P.S. : I know that for a rc car you need two more NPN transistors instead of switches.

Hello,

You are switching transistors on one side of the H-brige.
This will short the powersupply over the two transistors.
Also the transistors are way to small for the motor-current.
You will need transistors with a collector current of at least 0.3 Amps, better would be 1 Amp, as there will be an inrush current.

Thanks !! How could I forget that !! The current has to always pass through the opposite transistor just like a X. Thanks !!
