Fire alarms are generally critical health and safety systems which makes my suggestion:

Buy a UL or other agency rated system from a manufacturer with the capacity to design and build reliable equipment. Using cheap sensors and unvetted software in such a role is not safe or reasonable.

I want to just build a project.
If you have any idea about what are the basic requirement for it.
And how to implement SCADA on it.

 

A fire detection system based on flame detection would fail to respond to a fire developing smoke which obscured any flame.
