Hi

I'm really stuck here.

I was trying to solve this circuit for finding Ix. Please check this link:

There could be two ways t solve this. One is that I convert 2Ix dependent voltage source into a current source, or convert 4A current source into a voltage source. Frankly speaking, I don't know how to find Ix. Please help me. I have redrawn the circuit after source conversions but don't know if they are correct. Please help. It would really kind of you.

Hmm, your first transformation looks OK.
But the scened one is wrong.
And to be honest I don't know if it is possible to convert 4A current source into voltage source in the first step. For example we can transform first 2Ix in to current source and then convert 4A current source into 20V 5ohm voltage source.
And to find Ix you can use for example nodal analysis.
For example for all current source circuit

\(4A = \frac{V1}{10\Omega}+\frac{V1}{5\Omega} + \frac{2}{5}*\frac{V1}{10\Omega}\)

Solve for V1 and Ix = V1/10Ω
