I have this hard problem; from ref book I know 3 cases with specific solutions for each case.
1st: equations with single poles
2nd: equations with repeated poles
3rd: equations with complex poles
My problem below,

the denominator is case 1st and case 3rd, can I rewrite the partial fractions like below
