I am trying to find a part # for a BCD to 7Segment Decoder but it must send to the display all Hexadecimal #:0123456789ABCDEF not just the numbers or no funky code for the ABCDEF like in 74LS47-49.

Is this what you want? Unfortunately that part is apparently discontinued, so is rather expensive.

 

You can create your own decoder using a PROM, FPGA or MCU.
