Now for the more complicated one. Want the same thing as before
Noise filtering

Here is the Diagram

The Motor terminal located at the Motor. It has 24VDC (SMPS) available from the terminal and it is 60mA max sourcing with short circuit protection. I know there is a simple way to wire but it is wired that way for a reason. The S1 & S2 are relay terminals in the motor controller.

The Motor and PCB needs to Isolated.

The Top opto senses the DC to indicate a faulty Motor. The other two are for other faults.
As before I am looking for noise immunity.
