Hi,
Anyone had any experience with fixing this type of circuit board ?

No dry joints or burned components that I can see.

I bought it 2nd hand so no idea when it stopped working - as per the error lights, it is flashing the Ground Present and Charging Fault LED's, indicating internal fault.

Any ideas ?

thanks

Hi,
Welcome to AAC.
With due respect, your pictures are not clear enough.
Can we see the underside of the boards please.
Good luck..........

So, I’ve been investigating, but my component level repair ability is a bit limited. What I have found is that the power supply is good, and 240v all measures ok.
Where the problem is with the pilot signal that is sent to the EV. It is supposed to be a square wave signal, but is currently stuck on negative 12v.
And that’s where I am stuck.
A bit of googling doesn’t help, as even the techs who fix these things say it is a bit difficult to find which component has gone BER.
Im thinking might be junk, but really hate to throw stuff out.

cheers
