    Hi all

I am in search of some sort of fast switching relay which can stop/pass high frequency (190 - 450 KHz), high voltage (100 Vrms) pulse signals without significant attenuation.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

    Thanks

How fast do you want it? How much current is being switched? What is the waveform like?

Relay on and off time be in u seconds if possible. When switched on, Current passing through relay will be around 1 Amp. Waveform is sinusoidal like.

A mercury wetted relay should be able to switch that fast with no bounce.

If it is just an on/off switch a pair if MOSFETs might be all you need.
