sir, I am new here And i need help to build FAN dimmer controlled by esp32. please help me

I need to control the speed of ceiling fan . , Motor type is inductive,
Current is 220v AC .
no I am not using PWM input.

Currently I am using 6 relay total .
2 of them to control the light of 100 w
4 of them are for fan , in which 3 of them are connected with RC circuit to Control the current and 1 relay is directly operating as a switch .

Relay rating are - 20 A / 14VDC
coil 5V DC

this work fine When I use this circuit for controlling the LIGHT but when I try to control fan whole devices gets off and after pressing the enable key of ESp32 it again Starts working but after pressing switch for 4-5 times it again gets off and same is happening .

please help- me
