ESP32 boards with built in JTAG debugging

I was looking at the ESP32 devices recently and they are pretty capable looking devices, I had no idea they were that capable. But it seems a great many of the dev boards out there do not include built in JTAG debugging support (If I'm referring to that correctly).

For example my Nucleo STM32 boards all have this, I can just plug the USB cable in and it gets power and debuggability, I can write code and run it with no further effort but I'm getting the impression this is far less common with ESP32 boards.
