error message

Hello
I am learning to program and sometimes i get this message:

Error - section '.org_0' can not fit the absolute section. Section '.org_0' start=0x00000000, length=0x0000000e

whit a program like this

include p16f877a.inc

ORG 00
GOTO START
START
movlw 34
movlw 34
nop
clrw
movlw 45
nop
end


if i just remove 1 or 2 lines it shows no error.
Can someone explain?
