I have a battery which is 100% charged and an other with 20% charged and I want to perform Radiated and Conducted Emissiins with both batteries individyally placing inside a product and without AC power supply

which will emit more Emissions and is there any particular reason why one will emit more and other less?

 

It is not likely that a battery will radiate any sort of emissions. Most batteries keep to themselves unless others interfere.
