I have some test questions I could really use some help with. If anybody is familiar with Schaums Outline basic circuit analysis. The numbers I need help with are below as well as the link to the book?

I took a stab at searching for the problem with google book search and it appears that one of the problems involves delta-to-y conversion.

Problem 5.67: If you take a look at the material at the link I have provided, you will find the equations for transforming the delta network into its equivalent Y network. Once you have the Y network values you can then combine them with the existing Y network. Once you have combined the two Y networks, you will have a simple two loop network that you can then solve the circuit with whatever method you wish to use.
