I think they are passive elements one is SMD fuse and filter bead !

I think the components starting PD are diodes. PL might be an inductor. The ident letters usually help.

 

Ditto ! *D would be Diode, *L= inductor, *C= capacitor, *Q= transistor/ or IC, *R= resistor
