Hi guys,

We are a UK based mechanical engineering company who have started using a lot more electromagnetic devices..

I'm currently wanting to build a test bench so we can connect our electromagnetic brakes and clutches up to a power supply. We already have the power supply etc it's just the hassle of messing around with connector blocks all the time...

Is there anyway to easily connect and remove the wires on a purpose built bench type thing. Basically, so we can have a 12v, 24v, 104v and 207v terminals that we just connect are wires up to with a quick release type thing and test. Max current is 5A

No idea what to search for at all.

Thank you.

I assume you want a bare end conductor and a quick push-connect push release type connector?
Look up the Wago line, they have many varied types of terminators.
There is also Weidmuller and Phoenix Contact etc.

Hi Max,

Yes! Something exactly like that. Just wanting a fixed rig to keep it organised. Wonder if I can fix a group of them to a board and use that.
