Current can flow in the secondary when a load is connected to it.
What effect does current flow in the secondary have on the magnetic flux created by current flow in primary winding?
What condition must be met to create maximum power transfer?
How does the turns ratio effect the maximum power transfer calculation?

The flux arising from the current in the secondary cancels the flux caused by the current in the primary. The cancellation is not perfect.

 

The resistance of A is inversely related to the flux B.
