My case is that:
Signal line to ground: 110 ohms
Vcc to signal : 80k (I fell that there is a cap between these two b'case the first measure is 40K and the second is sat at 80K - I use DMM for this measure).

Could I feed some pulse in to make the milage increase or decrease?
