dsPIC programmer Help..

I have little experience with PIC programming, for my experiments I used PIC16f877a and parallel port programmer. now i want to get experiance with dsPIC30f4013 and I used my parallel port programmer to do this. but in winpic 800 it doesn't detect the dsPIC..
