So I have an 18volt drill battery that I need to get down to 12 volts.. but it needs to power also 2 headlights on a flasher relay and a like 10amp horn what can I get

 

From your description, you need to get a buck converter with 18V DC input and 12V, 20A output. I suggest that you start looking.

The battery at full charge will last me like in total 2 hours or like 3-4 bike rides I’m a kid so I can just go home and charge it it’s not like I need it for getting to work say. I THANK EVERONE FOR THE HELP
