Download Regulator Designer Voltage current Shunt Adjustable v1.2 is available for free download from the internet. I discovered this the other day. I however cannot find the site I downloaded it from again, and all the other sites I have tried the files are corrupt and wont open.

I am looking for a reliable download site.

It is strange that you needed to disable the antvirus.
What did the zipfile do when the antivirus was on?
I have no problems with it running with wine under linux.
I scanned the exe file online and clamAV reported this : PUA.Win32.Packer.Upx-28 as malware.

It says has an Infection Win32:Evo-gen [susp]

Moves it to the chest and deleats
